We help students discover the right colleges and courses using AI-driven recommendations, while enabling universities to scale high-quality admissions through technology, data, and counselling.
We are looking for a B2B Partnership Manager with prior experience in EdTech or higher-education partnerships, who can build and manage long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and institutions offering Online, Distance & On-Campus programs.
This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently handle partnerships from outreach to onboarding.
• Identify, approach & onboard universities and colleges
• Build relationships with decision-makers such as:
– Admissions Heads
– Online Education Directors
– Deans / Registrars
• Present MatchToCollege’s platform, value proposition & AI capabilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions
• Ensure long-term collaboration and partner satisfaction
• Coordinate with counselling, tech & marketing teams
• Explore new partnership opportunities
• Support expansion of existing partnerships
• Track performance & share insights internally
• Maintain partnership records & follow-ups
• Prepare basic reports for leadership
• Support onboarding & enablement of new partners
• 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / Education industry
• Prior experience handling B2B partnerships with universities / colleges
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong follow-up, coordination & relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Existing connections with universities & colleges
• Experience in Online / Distance education partnerships
• Understanding of admissions cycles
• Exposure to CRM or partnership tools
• Work with a product-first, AI-driven EdTech platform
