Job Title: Partnership Development ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnership Development Manager to help us identify, onboard, and manage business partners that can drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The role involves developing strong partner relationships, coordinating sales activities, and achieving monthly revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in B2B sales and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities: Partner Identification OnboardingResearch and identify potential B2B partners, resellers, distributors, and affiliates.Approach and onboard partners based on companytarget market and product offering.Negotiate basic terms of collaboration under guidance of senior management.Relationship Sales ManagementMaintain ongoing communication with partners to support sales activities.Assist partners in generating leads and closing deals.Build trust and ensure partner satisfaction for long-term retention.Target AchievementWork towards monthly sales and partnership onboarding goals.Monitor and track sales generated through partnerships.Share performance updates with management.CollaborationWork with marketing team to support co-branded promotions and campaigns.Provide feedback to improve partner strategies. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelordegree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Comfortable working with targets and building client/partner relationships.Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or even Excel).
