Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Partner at Praxis Global Alliance, responsible for business development, client relationship management, and ensuring high-quality project delivery exceeding client expectations. This leadership position within the Praxis business unit involves building and growing the practice in your vertical. Your role will include developing sales strategies, cultivating CXO level client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, customizing project scopes, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive initiatives. You will also be responsible for building the Praxis partner network, leading proposals and pitches, overseeing project delivery, and guiding teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in business development and client relationship management - Oversee high-quality project delivery exceeding client expectations - Develop plans and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales goals - Cultivate new CXO level client relationships in your domain vertical - Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify targets - Customize project scopes according to client requirements - Make presentations outlining key offerings relevant to client needs - Work on the practice marketing plan and collaborate with the marketing team - Identify and build the Praxis partner network - Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients - Collaborate with Praxis domain partners to enhance project delivery - Lead proposals, pitches, and opportunities for Praxis - Guide delivery teams to drive customer satisfaction and lasting impact Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development of management consulting - Previous experience as a P&L leader - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a business - Strong commercial orientation with analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and client management skills - Understanding of consulting market and types of offerings - Ability to create impactful proposals tailored to client needs - Comfort with selling in a competitive consulting industry Educational Requirements: - Consistent track record of academic excellence - Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance - MBA from a top tier institute such as Ivy League B-schools in the US, IIM A, B, C, L, I, and ISB,
