Vendor Development Manager (C2C) – Staff Augmentation

📍 Location: Jaipur

🕒 Full-Time

Vendor Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and onboard new C2C staffing vendors.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing vendors.
Drive delivery of qualified IT candidates through vendor channels.
Negotiate rates, monitor vendor performance, and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to meet hiring demand.

Requirements

3–7 years of vendor management experience in
IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation (C2C)
.
Strong vendor network and understanding of C2C hiring practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.).
Knowledge of visa types and staffing compliance requirements.
