Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage admission counseling process for students seeking higher education abroad, ensuring timely completion of applications and visa processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing guidance on educational options, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.
  • Collaborate with international universities to promote their programs and services to potential clients in India.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to parent queries and resolving any issues related to admissions or student services.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field (educational sales/edtech).
  • Strong understanding of the education industry, particularly in international education systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with parents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management.
