Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinators (For doing Backend Jobs in Office) M/F

Job Location: Gurugram (H.O)

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit & Collections Monitoring - Monitor credit terms granted to distributors. - Track aging reports and coordinate follow-up actions with the Country Manager. - Identify risks, delays, and deviations in credit usage. - Maintain updated records and communicate alerts proactively. 2. Secondary Sales Control & Reporting - Collect, validate, and consolidate SR secondary sales reports. - Ensure timely submission of reports by SRs and TSMs. - Prepare managerial dashboards and summaries for decision-making. - Analyze trends and identify opportunities or performance gaps.

3. Distributor Service & Quality Monitoring - Conduct regular service calls to distributors regarding delivery quality, order completeness, billing accuracy, product performance, claims, and overall satisfaction. - Document findings and track resolution progress. - Coordinate follow-ups with internal departments.

4. Call Center Management - Receive and classify incoming calls, complaints, and inquiries through the official customer helpline. - Register and route issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Provide timely updates and closure to customers. - Generate monthly reports on call patterns and improvement areas.

5. B2B Support (KAM B2B) - Support the Key Account Manager (B2B) through prospecting calls, portfolio mapping, and follow-up on potential opportunities. - Assist in gathering commercial and technical information from prospects. - Prepare mini-pipeline updates for the KAM and Country Manager.

6. General Sales Support - Maintain accurate customer and distributor databases. - Assist with preparation of presentations, sales documentation, and ad-hoc reports. - Provide administrative and operational support to the Country Manager as needed.
