Job Description Strong test automation skills in Selenium Web Driver, Java, Page Object Model, Selenium Grid, Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Appium, and Protractor (or similar) Strong experience in API testing using REST assured/Postman Solid experience with Manual testing,- in Functional, Regression, Smoke Testing, Database Testing, Load- testing and Integration testing, Performance Testing, Data Analysis and Automation Testing ,Cyber Security (Good to Have) Experience with Testing on web & mobile applications. Good understanding of the requirement in shorter duration and be able to team members Learning by doing approach wherein taking a lead and setting up an example for others Good analytical skill to identify the areas where test planning and execution can be done Good communication skills to be able to demonstrate the end-product to stakeholder, reply to their queries, explain what and why it happened the way it happened etc. Good analytical skills to understand business. Strong understanding of database and able to write complex SQL queries. Good knowledge of Defect lifecycle- using JIRA. Strong Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript and frameworks like Junit etc. Experience working with third party/cloud solutions Experience working in Agile software development environment Key Responsibilities As a Test Manager, creates & executes complete test strategy, develop test- plans, test scripts, test execution, document and analyze test results on multiple projects. Can build the automation framework- from scratch. Share QA process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization Proactive in the Identification of program Risks/ Issues/ Concerns and highlight it to respective stakeholders providing mitigation as applicable and creating test Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent project efforts, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment Take a project through the entire life cycle of Analysis, Testing,- Quality- Assurance, System Integration Testing, and Support. Follows processes on obtaining test plan reviews, approvals and sign offs. Has provided estimates for the duration of activities, and resources needed to execute the test plan. Hands on automation expert who can deliver, lead, train and guide the existing team on automation tools, frameworks front.
