We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives.About The Role :- As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.- We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.- Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.- Maintain and update the customer database.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.Requirements:EducationAny bachelor's degree.ExperienceOpen to freshers and experienced candidates in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles. Skills: - Strong communication skills in English.- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).- Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to engage customers.- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Salary Range:Freshers- 8,000 to - 12,000 per month.Experienced (1-2 years in a relevant field)- 12,000 to - 20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
