Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, and analytics) to improve campaign outcomes.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient media spends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing and Campaign Management.
• Proven experience in handling paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign optimization and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
