Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Poppy Seed Communication is a growing digital marketing agency based in East of Kailash, New Delhi. We specialize in providing result-driven marketing solutions to a diverse clientele. We are currently looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Exeutive who is experienced in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PPC strategies across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create PPC media plans tailored to client budgets, objectives, and target audiences.
• Communicate strategy, platform choices, KPIs (clicks, leads, conversions, ROAS), and expected outcomes to clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and define audience targeting parameters.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
• Design and deliver performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Apply SEO best practices (on-page and off-page) to enhance landing page effectiveness.
• Use AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tactics for voice search and featured snippets.
• Implement GEO-targeting for local and hyperlocal advertising strategies.
• Stay current with emerging SEO and PPC tactics, such as semantic SEO and zero-click search.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, SEMrush AI, etc.) to enhance campaign planning, content, and automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong understanding of keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
