Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive Lead Generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Set up and monitor ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms as needed.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Develop and refine audience segments to ensure that ads reach the most relevant and high-converting audiences.
Utilize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Ad Creation and Optimization:
Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and ad placements to improve performance.
Budget Management:
Manage ad budgets to ensure efficient use of resources, maintaining a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Adjust budgets and bids based on performance data to achieve campaign objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per conversion.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Trends:
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in social media advertising.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our current strategy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.
Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of social media trends and best practices, and familiarity with other ad platforms like Google Ads is a plus.
