Paid Ads Manager

As a Senior SEM - Paid Marketing Strategist at our company in Thane, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. - Conducting detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to define effective campaign strategies. - Creating and managing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets to enhance user engagement and conversions. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates. - Managing campaign budgets and pacing to ensure cost efficiency and strong performance. - Collaborating with internal teams including content, design, and development to align with brand and business goals. - Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimize campaign performance. - Running A/B tests and providing insights for campaign scaling and improvement. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEM and paid marketing focusing on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads. - Proven experience in managing and optimizing lead generation or e-commerce performance campaigns. - Strong understanding of keyword bidding strategies, ad optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel building. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, having Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification would be considered an added advantage.,
