Paid Ads Manager

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various Google platforms to achieve business objectives efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max). - Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective ad performance. - Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating with the creative team for ad visuals. - Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics. - Optimizing campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. - Managing and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates. - Staying updated on Google Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes. - Performing A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting. - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Executive, or similar role. - Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. - Hands-on experience with keyword research tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend efficiently. - Google Ads Certification (preferred). - Knowledge of SEO, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms is a plus.,
