Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Ads Manager at our Kolkata office.

The Paid Ads Manager will oversee day-to-day ad campaign management across various platforms, develop and execute advertising strategies, monitor campaign performance, and adjust budgets as needed.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with organizational goals and generating comprehensive performance reports to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Advertising and Marketing to create and manage effective paid ad campaigns

Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or professional certification in Digital Marketing is preferred
