Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in digital advertising with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms.

• Local Market Targeting:

Use insights specific to the Dubai and UAE markets to tailor campaigns for maximum local relevance and impact.

• Ad Creation & Optimization:

Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and videos.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Provide detailed reports and recommendations.

• A/B Testing:

Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

• Budget & Bid Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal ad spend.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.

• Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest platform updates, trends, and compliance changes in paid media advertising.

Requirements

• Experience:

4–6 years of total experience in paid advertising. Agency experience required.

• Platforms:

Expert-level understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Tools:

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance marketing tools.

• Certifications:

Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video) preferred.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Skills:
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
