Paid Ads Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to join our team. You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to generate quality leads, drive sales, and achieve client goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Write ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL/CPA while improving results.
• Set up tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, conversion goals) for accurate measurement.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and paid advertising best practices.
• Collaborate with the content and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and (optional) LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of retargeting, funnel-based advertising, and audience segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Familiarity with using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
