Key Responsibilities1 Process Application DevelopmentLead the design development and enhancement of business processes products and or applications in alignment with organizational goalsDrive requirement gathering feasibility assessments and solution designEnsure development activities comply with industry standards best practices and security guidelinesOversee endtoend implementation including testing deployment and documentation2 Project Stakeholder ManagementManage multiple development projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality outputsCollaborate with product owners business teams developers and QA to ensure alignment and successful executionConduct regular project reviews risk assessments and performance trackingCommunicate project status challenges and solutions to senior leadership5 Quality Assurance ComplianceDefine and enforce quality metrics testing procedures and validation frameworksEnsure solutions meet compliance regulatory and audit requirementsFacilitate postimplementation reviews and drive corrective actions

Required Skills Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in process development application development or product engineering rolesStrong background in process mapping system analysis and solution designHandson experience with technologies tools relevant to your industry eg workflow automation tools ERP CRM systems application frameworks
