Inventory Management:Managing inventory of packaging materials, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate supply, and minimizing waste. Production Coordination:Collaborating with other departments like production and logistics to coordinate packaging schedules and meet production goals. Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies in the packaging area. Training & Development:Training and developing packaging staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines. Process Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in the packaging process and implementing solutions. Reporting:Creating and maintaining accurate records and reports related to packaging operations. Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing supervisory role is typically required.
