Key Responsibilities:
· Design & Development: Develop (boxes, blisters), and (pallet load) packaging, including labels and instructional aids.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet pharma standards (cGMP, medical device regs), FDA, and international guidelines.
· Material Science: Research, select, and test materials (strength, barrier properties) for optimal product protection and cost.
· Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous performance tests (drop, vibration, compression, climatic) and prototyping.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
· Supplier Management: Evaluate, select, and manage packaging material suppliers.
· Sustainability & Innovation: Identify eco-friendly materials and efficient, waste-reducing designs.
· Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to commercialization, managing timelines and budgets.
· Documentation: Create specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
· Any Degree.
· Experience with design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop and Solid works).
· Knowledge of pharma packaging, cGMP, and packaging machinery.
· Strong understanding of material properties and testing protocols.
· Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
