Key Responsibilities Lead overall project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Oversee design aspects across civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, including preparation of architectural layouts for new facilities. Coordinate and liaise with government departments and statutory bodies (e.g., MPCB, MSEDCL, PWD, Boiler Inspectorate) for approvals and compliance. Drive vendor management vendor identification, evaluation, quotation analysis, negotiation, and recommendation for management decisions. Maintain and update project documentation online , ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Implement and enforce safety guidelines across all project activities. Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to management. Support and execute additional assignments from VP – Operations as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in project management with exposure to large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and liaisoning with government bodies. Initiate and manage artwork initiation forms, shipper labels, and packaging records. Conduct packaging material trials, machine fitments, and prepare detailed trial reports. Develop and evaluate packaging designs, materials, and change parts for blistering machines. Perform root cause analysis for packaging-related technical issues and provide solutions. Draft, review, and manage change controls, deviations, incidents, SOPs, and Master Packaging Records (MPR). Review Batch Packaging Records (BPR) from the tech transfer department. Analyze market/innovator packaging samples and prepare comparative reports. Finalize packaging specifications and packing configurations. Identify and evaluate vendors for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials; arrange trials and fitment checks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, Purchase, Marketing, Vendors, and Customers) for smooth execution of packaging activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy, Packaging Technology, or related field. 2 - 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging development. Strong knowledge of artwork management, packaging materials, and regulatory guidelines. Hands-on experience with packaging trials, machine fitments, and vendor coordination. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with packaging software/tools.
