Executive Assistant Manager Warehouse Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
  
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate dispatch activities to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including finished goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory accounting.
  
• Handle pre-shipment documentation and oversee import/export logistics processes.
  
• Monitor and manage container loading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, customs regulations, and state excise requirements.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse operational SOPs and best practices.
  
• Prepare, update, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation for warehouse processes.
  
• Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team to meet performance targets and resolve operational challenges.
  
• Enforce discipline and promote a culture of accountability among warehouse staff.
  
• Uphold Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards across warehouse operations.
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer-specific standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, HR, Engineering, Purchase, Commercial, IT) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 7–15 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse SOPs, GST, customs, excise, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and EHS standards.
  
• Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
