Job Description

Lead Meesho sorting centre ops, managing inbound–sort–bag–dispatch workflows, SLAs/TAT, throughput, and 100–300 manpower. Ensure SOP compliance, shift planning, client coordination, audits, and cost-efficient, high-accuracy site performance.

Required Candidate profile

3–7 yrs in logistics/e-commerce (sorting centre preferred). Strong in high-volume ops, SLAs/TAT, manpower management, and data-driven execution. Graduate; MBA preferred.
