Overseas Sales Manager

As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the company's international sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with international clients, and analyzing market trends. Essentially, you will be the driving force behind the company's global sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: You will create and execute comprehensive plans to expand market reach and drive sales in international markets. - Identifying New Business Opportunities: Researching and pursuing potential clients and markets to expand the company's international footprint. - Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, partners, and distributors. - Leading Sales Teams: You will oversee and motivate regional sales teams across different countries to achieve sales targets. - Analyzing Market Trends: Monitoring and analyzing market conditions, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform sales strategies. - Negotiating Contracts: You will negotiate and close high-value contracts with international clients. - Representing the Company: Participating in trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services. - Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and company policies. - Preparing Reports: Providing regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management. - Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
