Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor the NON-USA counseling team.

· Promote Europe institutions through seminars, events, and workshops.

· Train the team on Europe admissions and visa processes.

· Develop strategies to explore new markets and grow the institution portfolio.

· Set and achieve student conversion targets.

· Liaise with branches and support teams to enhance regional performance.

Requirements:

· Minimum 7+ years in counseling and 3+ years in a managerial role.

· In-depth knowledge of Europe education, admissions, scholarships, visa process.

· Strong sales, training, and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

· Open to travel within India & overseas.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools.
