Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Director leading the international sales efforts of the company, your primary responsibility is to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. You will be developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with international clients, and analyzing market trends. You are the driving force behind the company's global sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to expand market reach and drive sales in international markets. - Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue potential clients and markets to expand the company's international footprint. - Managing Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and distributors. - Leading Sales Teams: Oversee and motivate regional sales teams across different countries to achieve sales targets. - Analyzing Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform sales strategies. - Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate and close high-value contracts with international clients. - Representing the Company: Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services. - Ensuring Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies. - Preparing Reports: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management. - Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Sales Director or a similar role in international sales. - Strong understanding of international markets and sales strategies. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-cultural sales teams. - Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
