Job Description

The Overseas Sales (B2B) role is crucial to our organization as it involves managing business-to-business sales activities in international markets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners, conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities, and creating effective sales and marketing campaigns tailored to international markets. You will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing sales contracts and agreements with overseas clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction, providing timely sales forecasts and reports, and participating in international trade shows and events to promote company products and services. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities, build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and contracts, and handle inquiries and resolve issues from overseas clients. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, along with proven experience in B2B sales in international markets. You should have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex market data and identify trends. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, along with willingness to travel internationally, experience with CRM software and sales tools, exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset. You should also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to adapt to different cultural business practices, keen attention to detail and accuracy, and an understanding of diverse global business environments. Your skills in B2B sales, international trade, interpersonal skills, sales strategies, international markets, customer relationships, CRM software, negotiation, problem-solving, marketing campaigns, compliance, communication, market analysis, and relationship building will be essential for success in this role.,
