Job Description

The Strategic Partnerships Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to support the organization's growth and expansion. You will leverage existing relationships and build new ones to drive increased revenue, market share, and brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential strategic partners, developing and executing partnership strategies, negotiating partnership agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring partnership performance, conducting market research, creating partnership proposals, representing the organization at industry events, and ensuring alignment of partnerships with business goals and values. Additionally, you will manage partnership budgets and resources, track and report on partnership activities, stay updated on industry developments, contribute to partnership best practices, and resolve partnership-related conflicts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, proven experience in strategic partnership development, success in negotiating and closing partnership deals, strong understanding of business and financial principles, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think strategically, experience in project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, proficiency in market research and data analysis tools, knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape, results-driven mindset, adaptability, resilience, detail-oriented and organized approach, and 3+ years of experience selling to large enterprises with complex solution sales. An MBA from a Tier 2/3 B school or Engineering from a premier institute is preferred. Skills required for this role include negotiation, strategic planning, communication, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, project management, market research, and presentation skills. Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is also preferred.,
