Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruiter located in Chennai. The Overseas Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential students for international study programs. Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, managing applicant documentation, coordinating with educational institutions, providing candidate guidance, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves supporting the entire admission process and offering assistance with visas and other preparatory requirements. QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in recruitment or admissions managementKnowledge of global education systems and application processesAbility to multitask and manage multiple candidates efficientlyExcellent organizational and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systemsFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldPrior experience in the education sector or study abroad consulting is advantageousAdvantage: Hindi speaking
