Job Description

The Outside Operations Manager will take charge of all field-level activities, ensuring that projects are executed effectively on the ground. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure work is completed according to company standards, timelines, and quality requirements. This role involves frequent travel to project sites, managing people on the ground, resolving on-the-spot challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. This is a people-heavy role where leadership, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure are key to success.

Responsibilities:

Supervise field teams and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with company processes and safety standards.
Manage project execution timelines and resolve on-ground issues.
Report progress and challenges to management

Requirements

Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in field/project operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to travel frequently.
