Outreach Executive

Industry & Outreach Executive – Noida

Job Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an Industry & Outreach Executive to lead the planning and execution of our flagship E-Mobility events across India.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Plan and manage logistics for E-Mobility events

🔹 Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, vendors, and college partners

🔹 Handle event registrations and participant communication

🔹 Promote events via social media, emails, and college networks

🔹 Build relationships with institutions to drive student participation

🔹 Secure event sponsorships and maintain partner relationships

🔹 Oversee on-site operations for smooth execution

🔹 Gather post-event feedback and assist with reports

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years in events, community outreach, or education marketing

• Experience in EV, automotive expos, or ed-tech preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and student engagement
