Outreach Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart and proactive fresher who is confident in communication, enjoys talking to people, and can help us build a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and online research.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services
• Draft and send cold emails for outreach
• Research companies and generate lead lists from various portals
• Engage with prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Maintain basic daily reporting on calls, emails, and responses
• Support sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Monitor company profiles on portals and update information when required

Skills Required

• Strong verbal English/Hindi communication
• Basic email writing skills
• Confident speaking ability
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales/BD environment
