Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati, for an Outreach Executive. The Outreach Executive will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations. They will develop and implement outreach campaigns, attend community events, provide information about Athena's services, and coordinate activities to increase awareness and referrals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for all outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or marketing
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
