Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Resident Psychiatrist at Athena-Behavioral Health located in Gurgaon and Noida. As a Senior Resident Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations, conducting therapy sessions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. You will also participate in clinical supervision and training activities.

This is preferably a residential position. Accommodation will be at the facility only.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in Psychiatry, Freshers are welcome to apply
• Valid license to practice Psychiatry in India
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and latest developments in the field of psychiatry
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental approach towards patients
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
