The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, building strong relationships with psychiatrists, hospitals, and corporate clients, and expanding our footprint in the mental health ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate appointments with psychiatrists and hospital medical teams. Present the facility’s offerings to psychiatrists, care providers, and clients; organize tours and build a referral network. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership. Organize conferences and promotional events targeting doctors and medical professionals. Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and follow-ups. Develop the market in the assigned region and build a local sales team. Travel to different locations to promote services and establish partnerships. Establish tie-ups with psychiatric hospitals and individual practitioners. Build and maintain a network of psychiatrists, neurologists, and healthcare providers. Engage corporate clients for mental health management offerings. Mentor and support the field sales team. Own the sales targets for the assigned region across all service lines. Promote new and existing psychiatric services within the community. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or psychiatric service promotion. Proven track record of building and managing networks of doctors and clients. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Passion for mental health and community-based healthcare services. Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Prior experience in selling to hospitals, doctors, or mental health facilities is highly desirable.
