We are looking for a Senior Resident Psychiatrist (MD/DNB) with a passion for inpatient psychiatric care who is open to residing full-time at our Athena campus. This role is pivotal in maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring continuity of care, and leading the medical team with round-the-clock support for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.

• Monitor and manage acute psychiatric cases, crises, and medication adjustments.

• Participate in daily rounds, family sessions, and interdisciplinary case discussions.

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Be available for emergency consultations and clinical escalations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 1-2 years of post-PG experience.

• Strong clinical acumen, leadership skills, and ability to manage complex cases.

• Passionate about mental health reforms and long-term patient outcomes.
