Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Athena Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our psychiatric healthcare services. Your dynamic and self-motivated approach will be instrumental in generating revenue, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing our presence in the mental health ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate appointments with psychiatrists and hospital medical teams. - Present the facility's offerings to psychiatrists, care providers, and clients; organize tours and build a referral network. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership. - Organize conferences and promotional events targeting doctors and medical professionals. - Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and follow-ups. - Develop the market in the assigned region and build a local sales team. - Travel to different locations to promote services and establish partnerships. - Establish tie-ups with psychiatric hospitals and individual practitioners. - Build and maintain a network of psychiatrists, neurologists, and healthcare providers. - Engage corporate clients for mental health management offerings. - Mentor and support the field sales team. - Own the sales targets for the assigned region across all service lines. - Promote new and existing psychiatric services within the community. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or psychiatric service promotion. - Proven track record of building and managing networks of doctors and clients. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Passion for mental health and community-based healthcare services. - Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Prior experience in selling to hospitals, doctors, or mental health facilities is highly desirable.
