Title: Outlet Manager Interview Location: [ Caterspoint , Farm No - 7, Club Drive Road, near Metro Station, Gadaipur, Ghitorni, New Delhi, Delhi 110030] Job Type: [Full-Time] Reports To: [Operations Manager] Salary : 22K-24K Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards at our outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing inventory, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Staffing Management of allocated outlets Kitchen planning, Consistency of product quality. Staff Grooming of allocated kitchen. Inventory Management majorly portion control & Wastage. Daily Inventory, Weekly Inventory & Monthly Inventory. Arranging for any low quantity of raw material. Roaster Management of the allocated kitchen. Leave planning for the kitchen staff. Timely opening and closing of the kitchen. Regular follow ups on wastage of the day. Focus on minimizing complaints. Keep a track on staff movement. Check for FIFO at all the allocated outlets. Training to kitchen staff on various inhouse concerns (Inventory, Food Safety, Cross Contamination etc.) Weekly twice visits of allocated outlets Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Relevant certifications in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in outlet/store/restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
