Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Explain product features and benefits to customers and handle their queries effectively.Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:-
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
