Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a service-based industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services, handling objections, and converting leads into business opportunities. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound communication (emails/LinkedIn) to potential B2B/B2C customers. Present and explain company services to potential clients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly.
• Update lead information, activity logs, and status reports using CRM tools.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a high closing ratio.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience in a service-based IT company.
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of CRM, Excel and LinkedIn & Email marketing
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
