Outbound Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to join our team at Bhaavya Interiors LLP. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our interior design services. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business prospects, establishing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders such as homeowners, builders, architects, and corporate clients, and effectively presenting our interior design services to meet client needs. In this role, you will be expected to conduct site visits, assess project requirements, collaborate with the design team to develop tailored proposals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new clients and fostering repeat business. Furthermore, you will represent our firm at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations, while also maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of sales experience (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury products is preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating lasting client relationships. Additionally, the ability to work independently, proactively, and comfortably with clients is crucial, and knowledge of interior design trends and materials would be advantageous.
