Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the US market. Book qualified appointments for the sales team by understanding customer needs and pitching solutions. Maintain a professional and persuasive approach on every call. Track and update customer data accurately in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs for call volume and appointments set. Collaborate with team members and management to align on lead strategies and optimize performance. Follow-up with interested leads through call-backs, texts, or emails as required. Provide regular reports on performance and suggestions for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English communication. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or lead generation (US or international market preferred). Proven ability to meet or exceed KPI targets and quotas. Familiarity with CRM platforms and maintaining call logs/data. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Self-driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: US shift Work Location: In person
