OTA Specialist – Holiday Homes & Short-Term Rentals

Key Responsibilities

OTA Management & Optimization

• Create, manage, and optimize property listings on 

  Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo

  , and other OTAs.
• Ensure 

  accurate content

  : descriptions, amenities, policies, house rules, photos, and room configurations.
• Monitor and improve 

  listing performance metrics

   (ranking, impressions, conversion rate).

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

• Implement 

  dynamic pricing strategies

   based on seasonality, demand, events, and competitor analysis.
• Manage 

  rate parity

   across OTAs and direct channels.
• Set up and optimize 

  OTA promotions

   (Genius, Preferred Partner, Mobile Deals, Country Rates, Early Bird, Last-Minute Deals).
• Optimize 

  minimum stays, cancellation policies, and advance purchase rules

  .

Inventory & Channel Management

• Manage availability, stop-sell dates, and allotments using 

  channel managers / PMS

  .
• Prevent overbookings and resolve inventory mismatches.
• Coordinate with operations teams to reflect real-time availability.
  

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as 

  occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rate, cancellation rate, and review scores

  .
• Prepare 

  weekly and monthly performance reports

   with actionable insights.
• Identify underperforming listings and implement corrective strategies.
  

Review & Reputation Management

• Monitor guest reviews across OTAs and coordinate timely, professional responses.
• Work with operations teams to address recurring guest feedback.
• Support review score improvement strategies to enhance OTA ranking.
  

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular 

  competitive benchmarking

   for pricing, content, and promotions.
• Stay updated with 

  OTA policy changes, algorithm updates, and new features

  .
• Adapt strategies based on Dubai and Mumbai market dynamics.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an 

  OTA Executive / OTA Specialist / Revenue Executive

   in 

  hotels, serviced apartments, or holiday homes

  .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of 

  Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda

   (mandatory).
• Experience with 

  channel managers or PMS

   (e.g., Cloudbeds, STAAH, RMS, Smoobu, Hostaway, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written communication skills (English required; Hindi a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple properties across different cities and markets.
• Experience in 

  Dubai or Mumbai hospitality market

   is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of 

  Dubai DTCM holiday homes regulations

  .
• Experience managing 

  large inventory (10+ properties)

  .
• Familiarity with 

  pricing tools

   (PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, etc.).
• Knowledge of 

  local and international guest behavior

  .
