Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed itineraries in our CRM based on client requirements and sales handoffs.
  • Booking management: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities; issue vouchers and tickets; and maintain up-to-date PNRs.
  • Real-time troubleshooting: Monitor departures, flag delays or disruptions, coordinate rebookings with on-ground partners, and proactively keep customers informed.
  • Communicating with the Sales team: Collaborate daily to confirm package details, clarify special requests, and ensure seamless handoffs between sales and operations.
  • Supplier & vendor coordination: Negotiate rates and contract terms, confirm service levels, and manage amendments with hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Customer Support to resolve post-booking queries and with Finance to reconcile payments and manage refunds.
  • Quality & process improvement: Gather post-trip feedback, track operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement SOP enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
