Responsibilities Creating detailed itineraries in our CRM based on client requirements and sales handoffs. Booking management: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities; issue vouchers and tickets; and maintain up-to-date PNRs. Real-time troubleshooting: Monitor departures, flag delays or disruptions, coordinate rebookings with on-ground partners, and proactively keep customers informed. Communicating with the Sales team: Collaborate daily to confirm package details, clarify special requests, and ensure seamless handoffs between sales and operations. Supplier & vendor coordination: Negotiate rates and contract terms, confirm service levels, and manage amendments with hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads), social media ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), display and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI. Organic Growth and SEO: Own on-page and off-page SEO for Tratoli destination pages, conduct keyword research, implement technical fixes, and track rankings to increase free visibility and qualified site visits. Content and Email Marketing: Coordinate with content writers to produce compelling blogs, newsletters, and social posts; build targeted email flows (welcome, cart-abandon, upsell) to nurture leads and drive repeat bookings. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance in Google Analytics/GA4 and your ad dashboards; run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and subject lines; surface insights and budget reallocation recommendations.
