OTA Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy OTA Executive who will manage and optimize our presence across Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms. The ideal candidate must have a sharp eye for digital trends, strong B2B communication skills, and the ability to drive platform performance by coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This role also includes identifying improvement areas in UI/UX, managing promotional strategies, and resolving technical issues with online partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all OTA platforms linked to the company. Suggest, plan, and implement promotional campaigns (offers, discounts, bundles) in coordination with internal teams and OTA vendors. Work on UI/UX improvements by analyzing user interaction and suggesting enhancements to improve customer experience and conversion. (Basic Idea) Study competitor OTAs and recommend innovations, content updates, and platform optimization strategies. Liaison with online agents and vendors for smooth coordination, regular communication, and feedback collection. Onboard new vendors and travel platforms as per the expansion strategy. Schedule and conduct meetings with online partners and vendors. Coordinate and follow up on any technical glitches or service interruptions with OTA partners and internal IT. Ensure all OTA listings, banners, and offers are regularly updated. Prepare and deliver professional presentations to vendors and stakeholders. Listing Services in various portals Onboarding New OTAs Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business, Travel Management, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in OTA coordination, travel tech, or digital marketing preferred. Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of OTA platforms, B2B onboarding, and travel technology. Ability to identify UI/UX issues and propose enhancements. Problem-solving attitude and responsiveness in case of technical errors or platform issues. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
