Marketing Creative Team Lead

What We’re Looking For Experience: 5–7 years in creative/marketing roles Leadership: 2–3 years of experience leading a team of 5–6 members Portfolio: A Strong creative portfolio is mandatory Skills: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Filmmaking and visual storytelling MidJourney and AI-driven creative tools Expertise: Strong grasp of digital presence and brand visualization Prior experience in the D2C industry is preferred Education: Bachelor's in a relevant field Key Responsibilities and mentor a creative team of 5–6 members 👥 Develop and execute brand stories, campaigns, and visual strategies Drive creative innovation across digital and offline platforms Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing creatives within deadlines Ensure alignment of all creative output with brand vision and goals Why Join Us?
