Role Description

OTA Executive

Qualifications-:

• Manage and maintain property listings on various OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)
• Coordinate with OTAs for promotions, visibility boosts, and inventory control
• Monitor and update pricing, availability, and content across OTA platforms
• Analyze daily bookings, cancellation trends, and occupancy reports
• Handle customer queries and ensure online reputation management (reviews & ratings)
• Collaborate with the front office and revenue management team for seamless bookings
• Prepare reports on OTA performance, revenue generation, and improvement areas.

Requirements-:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in OTA or hospitality sales
• Hands-on knowledge of OTA extranets (MMT, Expedia, etc.)
• Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
