Company Description AATITHYAM GROUP Role Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced OTA Executive to manage and grow our presence across Online Travel Agencies (like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for optimizing listings, managing OTA accounts, analyzing performance, and maximizing online sales for our hospitality properties. Qualifications-: Manage and maintain property listings on various OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) Coordinate with OTAs for promotions, visibility boosts, and inventory control Monitor and update pricing, availability, and content across OTA platforms Analyze daily bookings, cancellation trends, and occupancy reports Handle customer queries and ensure online reputation management (reviews & ratings) Collaborate with the front office and revenue management team for seamless bookings Prepare reports on OTA performance, revenue generation, and improvement areas. Requirements-: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in OTA or hospitality sales Hands-on knowledge of OTA extranets (MMT, Expedia, etc.) Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
