Job Description

In this role as the leader of the Career Architecture team, your main focus will be on designing organization models that are in line with the changing business needs and that also support the career goals of employees. Key Responsibilities: - Create structures, roles, and competency models that are specifically tailored to the emerging areas of work and the current business context. - Ensure that the career architecture aligns well with the talent management life cycle, covering aspects from recruitment to performance management, role transitions, and career progression. - Offer architectural guidance to the business, especially during critical initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational changes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop location-specific models that take into account local employment laws, trends, and talent pools. Additionally, you will be leading a small team within the OD Center of Excellence and collaborating closely with other COE functions, HR Business partners, and senior representatives from the Business Units. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.,
