Role Overview: As an Organizational Development Specialist in Bangalore, your primary role will involve assessing organizational needs, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, conducting data analysis & reporting, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assess organizational needs by conducting diagnostic activities and identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement in organizational structure, processes, and culture. - Develop & implement strategies that address identified needs, driving continuous improvement and organizational transformation. - Facilitate change management by implementing new processes, technologies, or policies aligned with business objectives and executing change management strategies. - Conduct data analysis & reporting to evaluate change effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to align OD initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. - Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement, morale, and retention through targeted initiatives and supporting employee recognition programs. Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Psychology. - 15 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development, with exposure to managing projects. - Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and deliver within timelines.,
